Return & Refund Policy

Here at Khatkhati Bazar, we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If you want to return any items in your delivered order, you need to get in touch with the Dergaon Mart team within 24 hours of delivery. If your return is accepted, refunds will be initiated immediately. Delivery and handling charges are not refundable.

We offer Return / exchange within first 1 days from the date of your purchase. If 1 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return

In case of any refunds approved by SILIMA KHATUN, it will take 7 days for the refund to be Credited to you.
